No prior martial arts experience is required. Programs are suitable for complete beginners.

Are the classes physically demanding?

How long are the programs?

Programs are usually delivered across two, three, or five sessions, each running for 1½ hours.

Yes. Training is delivered in a safe, respectful, and supportive environment designed to encourage confidence and learning.

What is the pricing of these programs?

Pricing will depend on the number of attendees, the location of classes, timing and the number of classes in each program. For these reasons, we will provide a quote to the organiser before the program is booked with us.
