Sessions will usually be conducted in-person and in-dojo, in small groups, or as private intensives. Additional support may be available online or by correspondence in special cases.

Personalised Progress Tracking

Subtitle

As part of the Instructor Program, you’ll receive private online access to videos of your own training progress throughout each cycle—an invaluable tool for self-assessment and refinement between sessions. Videos from past training cycles will also be maintained for your ongoing reference and development. This will be supplemented by a training plan, designed specifically for you.

Time Commitment

Subtitle

The Instructor Program is designed as a long-term developmental journey, not a quick certification course.

  • Minimum Duration: A commitment of at least 12 months is required to ensure meaningful progress, integration of teaching methods, and technical growth.
  • Regular Attendance: It is important that regular attendance is maintained throughout the entire period.

This time frame reflects the depth of training and the importance of embodying the principles, not just learning them. Consistency and dedication are key to real transformation.
